This rare authentic Wanted Poster was issued by Post Office Inspector of Washington D.C. for John Henry Knapp, Jr. in 1937. Knapp was the President of of an investment securities firm, Knapp & Company, Inc. and was wanted for the fraudulent use of mail. "He is said to be a professional stock and bond salesman, and is probably operating in or about some eastern city, but living in some small nearby place."
