All coupons still attached.  Gorgeous vignette of an eagle rising from the flames with a city in the background.  Incorporated in Virginia to consolidate the American Asbestos Company and the Mark W. Marsden Fireproof Building Material Company of Philadelphia.  They owned 8000 acres of asbestos and mica mines in Virginia.
