This rare Bluefield Supply Company Stock Certificate was in 1925 and is hand-signed by the company president and secretary. Incorporated in Roanoke, West Virginia in 1921.

The Bluefield Supply Company was the largest business in the Bluefield coalfields area engaged in the mill, mine and contractor supply. The mining companies were large investors in Bluefield Supply due to their heavy reliance on them to supply their mining operations.

Bluefield Supply owned several subsidiaries in the region including the Roanoke Tractor & Equipment Corp and the Clark Hardware & Furniture Company.
