This Carolco Pictures Inc. $2000 Bond was issued to Bear Stearns in 1990. Carolco Pictures was founded in the 1970s and had their first big hit with Sylvester Stallone's Rambo First Blood in 1982. They went on to produce Rambo First Blood Part II and III and Terminator 2: Judgment Day starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. The majority of the film rights are now owned by Paramount.
