This Corona Typewriter Company, Inc. Stock Certificate was issued in 1921 and is hand signed by the company president.  Corona began it's life as the Standard Typewriting Company in 1912 and the production of the Corona Typewriter.  They changed their name in 1919 to the Corona Typewriter Company.  In 1926 they merged with L.C. Smith Typewriter Company to become the Smith-Corona Company.
