Dow Chemical was founded in 1897 and originally produced bleach and potassium bromide.  Dow expanded it's business throughout the years in from 1951 to 1975 managed the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons facility near Denver Colorado.  The plant was plagued by contamination and radioactive leak issues and in 1975 the U.S. Department of Energy transferred management of the plant to Rockwell International.  In 2015 Dow merged with DuPont to form the company DowDuPont.  Here is a Dow Chemical Bond certificate issued in the 1970's.  Denominations vary.
