This Ford Motor Company Stock Certificate features Henry Ford and his first vehicle the Quadricycle. The Quadricyle had a 4-horsepower engine and road on four bicycle tires and featured a tiller for steering rather than a steering wheel. It features Henry Ford II "Hank the Duece" as President. He was the oldest grandson of Henry Ford and was President from 1945 to 1960 and CEO until 1979. He remained chairman until 1980 and retired in 1982. Henry Ford II brought Ford Motors public in 1956. Un-issued and cancelled stock certificate from 1974.
