This Green Bay Packers, Inc. Common Stock Offering Document (prospectus) was for the 1997 issue of Packers Common Stock. It is still in its original plastic mailer. The Green Bay Packers are a unique football team being the only publicly owned and nonprofit team in the NFL. The Packers have issued shares on multiple occasions throughout their history; 1923, 1935, 1950, 1997, 2011, and 2022. The shares issued are unique. They do not include any equity interest, do not pay a dividend, and cannot be traded on an exchange. They receive nothing but the right to vote at the annual meeting.
