This Greene Gold-Silver Company Stock Certificate was issued in 1907 and is hand signed.  Founded by Colonel William C. Greene with mining operation located in Chihuahua Mexico.  Greene Gold-Silver held assets through a Mexican Corporation where hypothecated, meaning the American company held no assets other than the value of its office furnishing.  Poor financial investing decisions and debt load led to the companies demise.
