This rare 1st Edition was published by the San Francisco Stock Exchange Chairman Jos. L. King in 1910. He wrote the History of the San Francisco Stock Exchange after the Great San Francisco Fire of 1906. The San Francisco Stock Exchange burned down and all records were lost. This was his effort to preserve the historical facts that would have been lost to posterity. The San Francisco Fire of 1906 killed over 3000 people and destroyed 80% of San Francisco.
