This International Banknote Company, Inc. Stock Certificate is un-issued. Founded in 1925 as the B.T. Babbitt company which sold cleaning products.  They changed their name to B.T.B. Corp and began to focus on specialty printing and acquired the American Bank Note Company shortly after.  In 1972 they became the International Banknote Company with the American Bank Note Company its main subsidiary.  They printed currency for for over 70 countries, food stamps, travelers checks, and of course, stock and bonds.
