Kaiser-Frazer created some of the most innovative automobile designs in the 1950’s. Did you know that the version of the this stock certificate with a Kaiser car on it is actually an overprint? The car show was not even made when the certificate was issued. The overprint was added by Grover Criswell who was looking to make the certificate more attractive. This is the untouched version of that stock certificate issued in 1946.
