This Keystone Theatre Company stock certificate is un-issued from the 1910s. The Keystone Theatre is located in Towanda, PA.  The theatre opened to provide the "best dramatic and musical attractions".  They would also show moving pictures which were silent at the time.  At the time, they some of the best projectors and provided updated accommodations for the patrons and performers from new asbestos curtains, marble stairs and floors, leather chairs, and updated lighting. Movies with sound were introduced in 1928. It remains open today as the Hales Opera House.
