This rare Lundelius & Eccleston Motors Corporation stock certificate was issued in the 1920s and is hand signed by L.R. Eccleston. L & E was based out Los Angeles and was founded by Oscar Frederick Lundelius and Hubert Ward Eccleston in 1912. They produced a prototype known as the "Car Without Axels" that had an independent suspension that supported each of the wheels. There is only one single protype of this car known to exist. They had over 30 U.S. Patents and stayed in business until the start of the second World War.

They produced eight passenger cars between 1926 and 1934.

Condition: slight splitting at the folds. RARE
