This is a rare specimen stock certificate from the famous motion picture company Metro-Goldwyn- Mayer Inc. Founded in 1924 by Marcus Loew by merging Metro Pictures, Goldwyn Pictures and the Louis B. Mayer Pictures company and quickly became Hollywood's most prestigious film company. They booked the biggest names in the business from Clark Gable, Greta Garbo and Joan Crawford to Buster Keaton and Spencer Tracy. They release some of the biggest films in history including Ben-Hur, Tarzan, Lassie, James Bond, The Pink Panther, Rocky, War Games, The Hobbit, Gone with the Wind and countless others. They are now owned by Amazon MGM Studios which is a subsidiary of Amazon.
