This rare badge was most likely give out at the Exchange by the Nasdaq / Amex to commemorate the 1998 Heisman Trophy Ceremony which was held at the Downtown Athletic Club in New York. Ricky Williams was the winner of the Heisman in 1998. These buttons were to be worn by traders on their jackets on the floor. William was drafted 5th overall by the Saints and then Dolphins Head Coach Mike Ditka traded all their remaining 1999 draft picks as well as next year's 1st and third. It was the only time one player was drafted as the only draft pick for a team.
