Based out of Port Edwards, Wisconsin, in 1970 the company merged with the Great Northern Paper Company to form the Great Northern Nekoosa Corp.  This company in now part of Georgia-Pacific Corporation.  This certificate  issued in the 1950s-1960s these feature a nice lion in the vingette.
