This scarce American Depositary Receipt for Nestle shared from Citibank is a specimen certificate. ADRs are for foreign companies not listed on a U.S. exchange. Citbank was the sponsor of this ADR. Nestle dates back to 1866 in Switzerland. They are now one of the largest suppliers various food brands in the world with product ranging from candy and baby food to dog food.

About Specimens:
Specimen stock certificates are certificates that were archived by printers and the company as perfect examples of the company’s stock issue.
