The New York, Ontario and Western Railway was originally formed as the New York and Osewgo Midland Railroad in 1868.  The company lasted until 1957 when it was liquidated in bankruptcy.  Issued in the 1920-30s.  Vignette of an old fashioned steam train traveling through the hills with factories in the background.
