This Omaha and Council Bluffs Street Railway Company stock certificate was issued in the 1940s-50s. Known as the O&CB, they were founded in 1886 to connect Omaha with Council Bluffs over the Missouri River.  They had a monopoly over streetcar service in Omaha and Council Bluffs and would become one of the longest running streetcar operators in the U.S lasting until 1955.
