This Pikes Peak Cottage City Corporation Gold Bond was from 1920. In 1920 an 84 unit "Cottage City" was opened on eight acres just south of Pike Peak. It was billed as a "twentieth century vacation resort". It was designed to accommodate the automobile tourist travel to see the famous Pikes Peak in Colorado.
