This rare Pizza Hut, Inc. Stock Certificate was issued in 1974.  Pizza Hut was founded by two students of Wichita State in 1958 in Kansas.  They opened six restaurants within a year by 1959 they began franchising.  PepsiCo purchased Pitta Hut in 1977 along with Taco Bell just a year later.  They divested these businesses along with their other restaurants in what would become Yum!.
