This is a beautiful telescope and case commemorating a $141,650,000 revenue bond issue by Hennepin County Minnesota. The plaque inside the case includes the names of the companies included in the syndicate offering the bonds. These companies include Shearson Lehman Brothers Inc., Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., Dain Bosworth Incorporated, Miller & Schroeder Financial, Inc., Piper, Jaffray & Hopwood, and Dougherty, Dawkins, Strand & Yost. The case shows slight wear and there is a flaw in one of the lenses in the telescope that prohibits it from being viewed through. Overall condition is good, approx. age is 1986.
