This $1,000 bearer bond was issued by the City of Providence State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations in 1893 for a Sewer Loan due in 1921 and payable in gold coin. Hand signed by the Mayor. Vignette features a fantastic vignette of Pilgrims in a canoe being met by Native Americans.
