This Wiley Gold Mining Company stock certificate was issued in 1906 in Arizona Territory (statehood 1912).  It was issued to and signed by secretary James Thompson.  Wiley Gold was incorporated in 1905 with mining claims in Lida, Nevada.  Dr James Thompson was based out of Kansas City.  It is also signed by company president Roland Hughes.
