This U.S. Banknote specimen stock certificate was printed in 1994. The United State Banknote Corporation dates back to the late 1800s with the merger of the American Banknote Company, the National Banknote Company, and the Continental Bank Note Company. It later changed it's name back to the American Banknote Company. This beautiful United States Banknote Corporation specimen stock certificate features The Statue of Liberty as the seal. This specimen stock certificate is in excellent condition and is a great collector's item for stock certificate collectors.

Specimen stock certificates are certificates that were archived by printers and the company as perfect examples of the company’s stock issue.
