This Utah Metal and Tunnel Company Stock Certificate was issued in 1939.  First organized as the Utah Metal Mining Company in 1909, they built a tunnel that exited into Middle Canyon east of Tooele.  The were formed through the consolidate of the Bingham Central Mining, Standard Copper and Metal Mining companies.
