This stock ticker desk tray dates from the 1970s and is made of a solid oak wood base with a brass plaque and glass dome. Perfect for spare change or paperclips! Plaque reads, "EDISON STOCK TICKER Designed by Thomas Edison in 1870 this stock ticker was used for receiving stock quotations from the nation's leading exchanges for over 80 years."

These are getting very difficult to find.

  • Base measures 8.5" x 5" and is about 5" tall to top of the glass dome.
  • Weighs 2 lbs. Age: 1970s
  • Condition: vintage piece in good condition; light age and wear with some light wood cracking (does not take away from the looks or integrity, it's just old).
