This is a fantastic piece given out to members of Wachovia Securities the NYSE and features Richard "Dick" Grasso as Chairman. The framed picture has an etching of the New York Stock Exchange building and the text reads, "An institution whose history dates back to 1792 and whose rules and regulations have been formulated for the purpose of maintaining high standards of honor among its members and for promoting and inculcating just and equitable principles of trade."

Great hard to find piece. The frame measures approx 21.25" x 13.25". In its original black metal frame with acrylic front. Some light scuffing and nicks on the frame from display but in overall very good condition. Ready for display. Estimated age: 1995-2003.
